Rodolphe Bourret, directeur d’hôpital, est diplômé de l’EHESP avec une formation scientifique et juridique. Il a exercé dans plusieurs CHU avant de devenir Directeur général du CH de Valenciennes en 2017, où il a hissé l’établissement au premier rang des centres hospitaliers français. Innovant, il intègre l’IA, la robotique et un modèle managérial inspiré des « Magnet Hospitals ». Depuis janvier 2023, il dirige le CHU de Nice, où il déploie une gestion médicale décentralisée et développe une politique de santé territoriale pour améliorer la coordination des soins.

Rodolphe Bourret, hospital director, is a graduate of the EHESP with both scientific and legal training. He has worked in several university hospitals before becoming the CEO of the Valenciennes Hospital Center in 2017, where he elevated the institution to the top rank of French hospital centers. Innovative, he integrated AI, robotics, and a managerial model inspired by "Magnet Hospitals." Since January 2023, he has been leading the Nice University Hospital, where he is implementing decentralized medical management and developing a territorial health policy to improve care coordination.
